90-Day Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return window, meaning you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For non-faulty returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
If a product is confirmed as faulty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at: info@XtraHand.net
so we can assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
Photographs or additional information may be requested to help evaluate the claim.
Exchanges
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will gladly send a replacement once the returned item has been inspected and verified or by photos provided to us of the fault.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products showing clear signs of use
Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless confirmed to be faulty.
UK & EU Statutory Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer law. These statutory rights are separate from, and are not affected by, our extended 90-day returns policy.
Refunds – Faulty Products
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Refunds – Non-Faulty Returns
For approved non-faulty returns, refunds will be issued once the item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the conditions of our returns policy.
Where a return is made under your statutory cancellation rights, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For returns made under our extended 90-day returns policy outside any statutory cancellation period, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

- Returns must be authorised before being sent back.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
